CHAIRMAN & CEO

Group CEO and founder Stefano has been working in the yachting industry for 20 years. Stefano was born and educated in Venice, where he immersed himself in the history of Venetian trade and culture and the world of shipping. Acquera Yachting was the brainchild of Stefano, who is spearheading the future expansion of Acquera.

CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Caterina was born in Venice and since 2004 she has worked in all areas within the yachting business, from concierge services to immigration and customs. Caterina is a fully licensed ship agent and is highly experienced in working with Captains on yachts of all sizes to deliver exactly what they and their owners require.

CHIEF HR OFFICER

Diana was born and raised in Venice and gained her extensive Human Resources experience in industrial and service companies with international and multicultural workforces. Qualified in Tourism, with a Masters in HR and an enthusiasm for psychology, Diana’s twenty-year experience has covered all major HR processes including payroll, recruitment, training, labour relations, health and safety and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Alvise was born and raised in Venice. After a degree in Economics & Management and a Master in International Finance & Commerce he began his career in Yachting in the United States almost a decade ago. In Acquera he works to define and structure new business models and also thanks to several years of experience in the ecosystem of tech start-ups today is responsible for the optimization through digitalization of the services offered.

Veronica Grandi

Veronica Grandi

CHIEF MARKETING & COMMUNICATION OFFICER

Veronica is an executive marketing manager, with 20 years’ experience  working between Paris, London and Milan. She has led successful marketing projects on an international scale, developing innovative digital, servicing, and sponsoring products in worldwide events as well as in the luxury market.
She has consolidated a strong understanding and expertise in developing brands’ awareness through synergies with local Institutions and businesses.

Sebastiano Tositti

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Sebastiano was born and raised in Venice. After a degree in Economics & Management at University of Ferrara he began his career in Yachting in Venice and then he moved to Switzerland and Spain to expand his capabilities in IT-related operational processes. In Acquera he works as responsable for those IT system used by the group for dailly operations. In summer season, due to his operations background he also helps in operations where needed.
